Initial consultations are 30 minutes to allow for a detailed history and thorough physical examination.

Dr Tad will review any available imaging and order further investigations as required. We will discuss your diagnosis, and make a personalized plan for your treatment.

Follow-up Appointments are generally 10-15 minutes. Longer time slots are available on request, but may incur an additional charge.

Referral Letter - Without a valid referral you will not be able to claim the Medicare rebate for your consultation.

WorkCover/CTP Patients - please bring your claim and caseworker details

A specialist consultation incurs a fee, payable on the day of your appointment. Partial reimbursement is claimable from Medicare and we are happy to assist with your lodgement.

If your injury is associated with a WorkCover Claim or a Motor Vehicle Accident (CTP Claim), we are generally able to bill the insurance provider directly.
